Walnut and Holly Barrettes

Just for fun I tried laminating holly and walnut for these barrettes. I leave it to you as to how successful this attempt was. Holly is not a commercial wood and
I actually cut this from my farm in Virginia. I like the contrast of its whiteness with the darkness of the walnut. The metal hair clip is 2 5/8 inches long.
